Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP) provides a compact terminal & straightforward design that helps make air transportation a little easier for all travelers.

Information is available on ADA-compliant accessible digital signage throughout MacArthur Airport. Additionally, audio announcements assist in navigating the facility.

Some airlines offer curbside check-in. Customers needing curbside wheelchair assistance can call (631) 467-3315 upon arriving at the Main Terminal Building.

Each airline provides wheelchair service at the Ticket Counter Area. A phone is located near the TSA checkpoint to call for services.

Contact your airline for assistance with baggage, ticketing or wheelchair assistance to or from your departure gate. The individual airlines will provide specialized services for people with disabilities.

A Service Animal Relief Area (SARA) is available for travelers who have already cleared the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Checkpoint. The SARA is located down the escalators just beyond Gate A1. A second, external SARA is located outside of the Baggage Claim Wing just off the west side of the Main Terminal Building. For information on flying with your Trained Service Animal, please review the documentation with your airline.

People with disabilities with valid disabled parking permits can park in the Short Term (hourly) lot. At the time of payment, the disabled permit must be presented to a booth attendant (not scanned at an automated exit lane) in order to be charged the reduced rate (Long Term parking rate, rather than Short Term parking rate).

Always call 911 in an emergency. There is an Automated External Defibrillator and Stop the Bleed Kit located in the Baggage Claim Wing and in the Ticket Counter Area. The airport has EMTs on staff.

Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP) is compact and convenient. Arriving customers should follow exit signs to the Baggage Claim Wing. Elevators and escalators leading to baggage claim are located past the MSNBC Store and Dunkin', and directly beyond Gate A2.
