Islip, NY – March 11, 2025 – Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP) customers will now have even more travel choices thanks to today’s announcement that Avelo Airlines will serve three popular nonstop destinations via less-crowded and more convenient airports – Charlotte/Concord, NC, Lakeland/Orlando, FL, and Wilmington, NC.

The first flight to Charlotte/Concord via Concord-Padgett Regional Airport (USA) begins on May 22 and service is twice a week on Thursday and Sunday. Service to Orlando/Lakeland via Lakeland International Airport (LAL) and Wilmington via Wilmington International Airport (ILM) begins on June 12.
